The hotel is conveniently located for a short stopover, right next to a big mall and with direct access to the Lotte Airport shopping Mall. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, offering a comfortable stay. The service is exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, the dining options are limited and overpriced, making it a bit disappointing. The facilities, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services, add convenience to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though on the smaller side, had a comfortable bed and offered a great view of Gimpo International Airport. The service was very nice and helpful, even though there was a mix-up with the room type. The location within the mall and near Gimpo Airport was convenient, although it could get noisy due to airport noise. The dining options were decent but could use more variety.
